1: For the use of more than one year Chengda paper cup machine, has not yet replaced the lubricating oil, please replace the 150 or 220 gear oil in a timely manner, in the process of replacing the filter to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced before replacing the new lubricant.

 2:For the body of the internal sediment, to do a thorough cleaning, and replace the gear lubricant, replace the new lubricant, please be sure to do manual lubrication test, observe each lubrication point whether there is oil flow, and lubricating oil pipe whether there is a fracture phenomenon. Do timely replacement.

3:For the paper cup machine control box cleaning, to do the first turn off the paper cup machine power supply, remove the box into the wind filter, with a strong wind gun to clean up, and then clean up the dust inside the box, clean up after the completion of the power to observe the outlet exhaust fan whether there is a voice or does not turn phenomenon, if there is a timely replacement, please do not place sundries inside the electrical box.

4:For the paper cup machine emergency stop switch and each safety position limit switch, to do abnormal safety test. If there is any abnormality, please notify our company in time to guide you to eliminate.

5: Paper cup machine maintenance is completed, the mould to do anti-rust treatment.
