Background of the development of the paper cap machine

For many years, coffee, tea, ice cream and all other beverages have been stored in plastic cups, as well as paper cups, with transparent and translucent plastic lids, which are disposable, and although they have a very personalised look, they are a source of environmental pollution. With the progress of civilisation in modern society, people are paying more and more attention to environmental protection and conservation of natural resources. Therefore, there is a growing demand for the use of a container paper cover that can be naturally decomposed when discarded, reducing environmental pollution. However, the said beverage paper lid can function as a lid only when the following conditions are met. These conditions are the same as those for existing plastic lids, which are not only hygienic but also waterproof, flexible so that they do not break and remain resilient when repeatedly opened or closed, and firmly bonded to the body of the container when the lid is closed, so that the beverage does not leak out during movement, and does not expand or contract in response to changes in temperature. However, the existing paper lids are too weak in their sidewalls for the lids to be firmly fastened to the cups, so there is a problem that the lids tend to separate from the cups, and there is also a problem that the drinks leak out externally when they undergo micro-movements, so it is not a simple matter to replace the plastic lids with paper lids.
