Intelligent paper cup machine made by Shunda adopts open gear transmission, which optimises the transmission structure and reasonably allocates functions in order to reduce the wear and tear caused by the machine's inertia movement. The whole production process is monitored by photoelectric sensors to improve performance and ensure stable operation. Through the PLC control system, the machine achieves automatic shutdown when encountering faults, thus reducing labour intensity and enhancing the stability of the machine. Although the machine simplifies the cup making process through operations such as paper feeding, gluing, bottom feeding, cup feeding, heating, bottom rolling, jamming, cup unloading, and finished cup cleaning, it has the following advantages:

1.Designed with open cam positioning, high precision

2. The only protection system with hot parts falling, the machine stops at a certain distance from the paper cups and cup moulds

3. The machine is controlled by PLC, the whole process is monitored by photoelectric sensors and servo feeding.

4. The hot air system is fixed on the flat plate to avoid movement in production and increase the service life of the heater.

5. Oil lubrication system is adopted to reduce wear and heat dissipation.
